Dear Authors,

The abstracts review has been completed. We are pleased to announce that based on strict Abstract Selection Process, there are 318 selected abstracts are pleased to be presented on the conference.

Abstract with the Revision Status, it is also permissible to attend conferences by revise the abstract in accordance with the suggestions and instructions by reviewers due to April 22th, 2019.

Please check on the list of selected abstracts on your account in ICOFLEX submission systems or visit this link http://icoflex.unindra.ac.id/page/abstracts. Furthermore, the ICOFLEX organizers ask you to proceed your contribution by bank transfer to:

Payment deadline is on May 15th, 2019 at 23.59 WIB.

To confirm your payment please upload your bank receipt in PNG, JPG, PDF or other compatible format to your account ICOFLEX Submission Systems and select Upload Payment Proof.

Letter of Acceptance (LoA), and Payment Receipt by ICOFLEX organizers can be downloaded after the author(s) finalized the payment and the verification by the ICOFLEX organizers.

Please upload your full paper through each account. The full paper referring to the Author Guidelines and the Template (can be downloaded on the ICOFLEX Website). The template is used to format your paper and style the text.

Deadline of full paper submission is on July 10th, 2019.

Registration fee includes: Certificate, Lunch, Snack and Coffee Break, Conference Kits, Book of Abstract, Online proceeding with ISSN.Transportation and accommodation exclude on the registration fees 

Selected full paper to Publication on Indexed Proceedings (Scopus and/or Web of Science) will be announced later after peer-review process via ICOFLEX website http://icoflex.unindra.ac.id/.

Additional fees will be charges to you if your paper is selected for publication on Proceeding Series by the Reputable Publisher or International Journals with Major Indexing Databases (will be informed later).

The review results are the authority of the reviewers.

Additional Information:

  1. Accepted – If your Abstract is accepted, you are required to prepare and submit your full paper by July 10th, 2019. Please kindly check the author guidelines, paper format and style on the website.
  2. Revision Required – Your Abstract is accepted under a specific condition(s), i.e., note(s) or comment(s) given by the reviewer(s) to comply with publication requirements and for presentation at the conference. Please send your Revision via the website due to April 22th, 2019. At that time, your Abstract will be dropped from the program.
  3. Rejected – Your Abstract has not been accepted to the conference. The Committee members wish to thank you for submitting your abstract and encourage you to consider submitting an abstract for a new paper next time.
